In spring 2022, me and two other talented animators worked hard and passionately on Values for Rainbow Refugees Sweden; a safe community for LGBTQ+ asylum seekers.
We were happy to work with this company as we were creating something for the community that the whole group was all part of!

In the role as this project's planner, editor, text animator and character designer, me and the team worked to create animated infographics for Rainbow Refugees Sweden that represented their values and what they stand for.

CONCEPT ART - CHARACTER DESIGN

As this project's character designer, my responsibility was to create a concept that reflected on diversity but also united the different values we were given; Safety, Empowerment, Trust, Respect & Solidarity

I wanted to make the characters feel like real people with their own unique personalities and styles. After sorting that out, I delved into shaping the art style in line with the company's preferences, aiming to simplify the animation process for the entire team.

Final Editing Lead & Text Animator

As this project's final editing lead and text animator, I worked on animating and focusing on an easy-read font, as well as putting the character- and background animations together layer by layer in After Effects. These were the final results of all the different values, in order:
A Compilation of all the values, Safety, Empowerment, Trust, Respect and Solidarity.
